It's advertising the fact that the restaurant in the strip mall has one available. As does the grocery store next door, the gas station down the street, the bank, etc....

What are the rules?
Well we really don't have any. One of my own personal rules is never to put photographs of me or my family out there on the internet for safety reasons, but that's just my own rule. You can upload pics of yourself, if you would like to. Just remember when you put an image out there on the internet, you no longer have control over what people do with it.
I guess the standard no nudity, nothing gory, no pr0n type rules apply. If you upload something inappropriate, we might have to stop you from posting here, and that's no fun, so keep it clean and if in doubt ask first. We're only an email away.
